Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is available on request and subject to availability — let us know a few days ahead.
House Rules
Everything you need to know before arriving at Petra Thea. For anything not covered here, please get in touch — we reply quickly.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total stay. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, or no-shows, are charged at 100%.
Children & extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot is available free of charge on request. An extra bed can be added in selected room types for a small surcharge.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the apartments. For special cases (assistance dogs, etc.), please contact us in advance.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment. Smoking on balconies and outdoor areas is allowed.
Payment
Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card (Visa / Mastercard), and cash on arrival. A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking; the balance is settled at check-in.
Parking
Free private parking is available on site for all guests.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You will receive the credentials at check-in.
House rules
Please respect quiet hours (15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00). Parties or events inside the apartments are not permitted.
